  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
  • For bookings within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or direct payment via our booking system
Cancellation Policy
  • Flexible: Full refund if cancelled 14 days before check-in
  • Moderate: 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before check-in
  • Non-refundable within 7 days of arrival
  • Security deposit fully refundable if no damage
Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £250 is required and will be returned within 7 days of checkout if no damage occurs.

House Rules
  • Minimum age for primary guest: 25 years
  • Suitable for children and infants
  • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (strictly enforced)
  • No smoking inside property (outdoor areas permitted)
  • No parties or events without prior approval
  • Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM (respect neighbors)
